The Amelio trio is back again!  I had such a great time photographing this beautiful family…I especially liked the Italian nursery rhymes they used to entice little Nico to smile.  It’s so cool to stay involved with families from the very start and watch them grow.  It’s always great to see you guys!

Baby O is back and this time, with head control!  How cute is this handsome fella in his button down dress shirts?  O was super chill yet again, and quite the nature lover.  While we were outside he could not stop staring at the palm frawns swaying in the sky, too cute.  Photographing babies never gets old.

Actually…this christening had two main attractions.  Cousins Domenico and Cristiano were baptized at a private ceremony at St. Helen’s Church in Vero Beach.  I love these families!  The Italian enthusiasm of Nico’s paternal grandparents and the southern charm of his mother’s family is so refreshing.  Everyone gets along wonderfully and they all show such generosity and grace.  They had a quaint dinner party at their family’s restaurant, The Scampi Grill and toasted with champagne and wine until the early evening.  There’s nothing quite like celebrating the beginning of two adorable baby’s lives.

Ok…I don’t even have to tell you what is so striking about Baby Cecelia…but they are big and blue!  I couldn’t get enough of this little girl, I got to spend a couple hours with her and her family who traveled from all over the world to be present for her Catholic christening here in Vero Beach. When I first arrived she wasn’t quite sure what to think about the girl with the big black camera, but she was a doll for the ceremony.  Afterward she really showed her personality and couldn’t stop waving her arms with delight!
