While rain and bad weather is a concern that most couples have on their wedding day, Hurricane Matthew brought it to a whole new level. Leading up to their original wedding date in October, everyone was glued to the news wondering what path this massive hurricane was going to take. Natalie & Scott’s wedding plans were still set to go on, until the governor declared a state of emergency and our beachside area was put under mandatory evacuation orders. I’m sure it was heart breaking for the couple, as they were forced to reschedule their wedding, but luckily they were treated with the perfect spring wedding they were originally planning. I am so happy for them and loved all of the creative vintage Florida details and the bright floral & shell arrangements crafted by Monti’s Flower Market. I’m sure their wobbly wedding crasher Hurricane Matthew will forever be a part of their wedding story.
