We must admit, we were pretty excited when the ever-adorable Ruffled Blog contacted us a couple months back. They wanted us to style an editorial shoot exclusively for them. Since #1 we love doing styled shoots and #2 we were so honored they wrote us, we accepted and started planning. : )

When planning this editorial shoot in our minds we envisioned three words — clean, sparkly and sweet. We’ve been loving the mercury glass details popping up and thought the sparkle of the sequin overlay in a light lofty setting was a little different than the norm. We wanted to keep the florals neutral and sweet and incorporated a bit of modern with the cakes and invitations. Our bride (one of our actual past brides!) wore one of the most lovely gowns from Ivy & Aster — we adored the oversized bow and sweetheart top.
